Thermaltake is committed to ensuring your high-performance hardware meets your expectations; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your products within 30 days of purchase. All returned items must be in their original packaging with all accessories and internal components included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Request an RMA

  Log into your account and visit the Support portal to submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request with your order number and reason for return.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the product in its original retail box and pack it into a sturdy shipping carton with sufficient padding to prevent damage to sensitive electronic components.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided RMA shipping label to the outside of the box and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technical team verifies the hardware's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
